Job summary

CDW is seeking a Learning & Development leader to partner with Revenue Enablement and shape world-class development programs. You will design, develop, and implement learning experiences aligned to business goals, leveraging AI-enabled tools and lifecycle content ownership.

You will manage cross-functional projects, measure outcomes, and continuously improve instructional design processes. Travel up to 10% is required as part of collaboration with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in L&D/OD or related areas.
• Proven instructional design and project management experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for learning initiatives from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate needs into organizational improvements.
• Apply AI-enabled best practices to learning design and development.
• Coordinate multi-project execution with stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain content governance.
