Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team seeks a forward-thinking Learning Experience Design Manager to lead a team of Learning Experience Designers and build comprehensive learning ecosystems for product management, technical, data and line-of-business teams.

You will translate complex business requirements into engaging, measurable learning content across eLearnings, ILT, workbooks and digital platforms, using data and AI tools to improve outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to build end-to-end learning journeys.
• Translate complex business requirements into engaging, measurable learning content.
• Apply data and feedback to iterate learning programs and measure outcomes.
