Capital One is seeking a Manager, Learning & Enablement Consultant for AI to design and implement a comprehensive training and change program that weaves Artificial Intelligence into daily agent practice. The role spans AI readiness, stakeholder engagement, and measurement across Card Operations, with a hybrid work model and on-site expectations in Plano, TX.

You will partner with executives, HR, and COS teams to drive adoption, craft campaigns, and deliver scalable, learner-centered experiences

Formación

AI fluency and experience with Generative AI tools and workflows.
Change management frameworks and multi-channel communications experience.
Ability to align AI enablement with business OKRs and governance models.
Experience driving cross-functional alignment in matrixed environments.
Experience managing programs or campaigns with iterative delivery and feedback loops.
Stable track record in learning strategy, design, and change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Create and execute a full-scale operational readiness agenda for AI adoption across call center and frontline teams.
Design end-to-end enablement campaigns with training, communications, and reinforcement tools.
Provide ongoing strategy consulting to bridge audience needs with business objectives.
Collaborate with executives and COS teams to align AI enablement with governance and OKRs.
Scale and reuse enterprise content while tailoring for Card Ops workflows and compliance.
