Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and scale digital-first curricula for its Commercial teams. You will consult with commercial leaders to translate priorities into blended learning solutions that measurably improve team performance.

As a key thought partner, you will drive the program's direction, incorporate practical AI tools, and lead continuous improvements across L&D, aligning with organization-wide goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings.
• 2+ years applying instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, AGILE).
• 2+ years experience with instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Snag It, Camtasia).
• 1 year experience with Generative AI tools (Gemini, Claud).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions from ideation to evaluation.
• Manage projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Apply adult learning principles to learning programs.
• Conduct stakeholder and SME interviews to identify performance gaps.
• Create curricula roadmaps and blended learning menus.
• Develop strong evaluation strategies and behavior-based assessments.
