Job summary

Capital One’s Card Shared Services Learning & Knowledge (L&K) team seeks a Manager, Learning & Enablement Consultant for AI to design and implement comprehensive training, change management, and adoption strategies. You will connect business objectives with AI capabilities, building learner-centered experiences and campaigns that transform frontline performance in the flow of work.

You will lead strategic learning and change initiatives, collaborate across enterprise teams, and measure readiness

Qualifications

• AI Fluency and familiarity with Gen AI tools and design trends.
• Strong change management frameworks and multi-channel communication.
• Experience aligning AI enablement with business OKRs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a full-scale operational readiness agenda to drive AI adoption.
• Design enablement campaigns with training, change communications, and reinforcement tools.
• Partner with executives and COS teams to align AI enablement with business goals.
• Scale and reuse enterprise content while adapting to Card Ops workflows and compliance.
• Develop a readiness measurement strategy with real-time feedback loops.
