Accenture’s Leadership Acceleration Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to design, deliver, and implement large-scale leadership strategy programs for CEOs, boards, and C-suite teams. You will build deep relationships, drive growth with existing clients, and lead cross-functional initiatives across leadership assessments, culture change, and inclusion.

You will manage portfolios, upskill teams, and travel up to 30–35% to meet client needs, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory for high-performing teams.
• Deep psychological assessment and organizational design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation, in-person and virtual.
• Diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and training.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver large-scale leadership strategy programs for CEO/board level clients.
• Grow and manage portfolios; develop strategic client growth plans.
• Build a high-caliber network of senior-level contacts regionally.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders; foster inclusive cultures.
• Deliver high-quality work aligned to client business strategies and outcomes.
• Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers.
• Upskill client teams and coordinate local client relationships.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems.
• Travel up to 30–35% as client needs dictate.
