Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership learning solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with HR and business leaders to assess needs, build curricula, and facilitate leadership programs that strengthen capability and talent readiness.

In this individual contributor role, you will leverage facilitation, instructional design, and assessment tools to drive program effectiveness, support 360s, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and content.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills with executives.
• Proficiency in curriculum design and adult-learning principles.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience administering or interpreting leadership assessments or 360 feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs for leaders at all levels.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify priorities and gaps.
• Create curricula, learning pathways, and content using adult-learning principles.
• Identify external resources to complement internal programs.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual leadership sessions, including executives.
• Support organizational development efforts such as 360 assessments and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align solutions with goals.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
