Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Talent Development leader to design and develop our enterprise capability framework. You will own the product lifecycle of learning solutions from discovery to scaling and define AI-native skills within the capability framework.

You will partner with HR and executive leaders to diagnose capability gaps, prioritize investments, and translate data into scalable learning programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning Architecture, Technical Instructional Design, or Organizational Design.
• Experience building foundational programs from scratch and driving strategic policy.
• Ability to translate data into capability priorities and scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for the capability framework and evolve it as a live product.
• Partner with content designers to build and ship blended learning experiences.
• Establish a hub-and-spoke modular enablement strategy for scalable training.
• Own modular content architecture and governance for tagging and updates.
• Collaborate with HR and executives to diagnose capability gaps and prioritize investments.
• Write functional and technical requirements for the capability engine with People Technology teams.
