Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington seeks a Leadership and Talent Development Consultant to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that strengthen leadership readiness and team effectiveness across the organization.

You will develop learning resources, facilitate sessions, and partner with stakeholders to identify development needs, ensuring content aligns with adult-learning principles and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in learning and development, or seven years of equivalent education/work experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating employee learning programs.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools or digital learning content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials, activities, and programs using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning sessions, including leadership programs and team workshops.
• Provide consultation to employees, managers, and departments to identify development needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build content for training solutions.
• Administer, monitor, evaluate, and report on learning programs to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
