You will partner with Organizational Development & Training and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical learning solutions across modalities.

The role focuses on learning architecture, content development, and occasional facilitation to improve effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience designing leadership and employee development content.
• Capability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Proficiency with authoring tools and LMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops leadership and employee development curricula and learning journeys.
• Partners with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Creates curriculum architecture with objectives, sequencing, and evaluation.
• Delivers learning across in-person, virtual, blended, and digital modalities.
• Develops facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments.
• Leads design projects from discovery to governance, with timelines.
