U.S. Engineering seeks a Talent Development Specialist to shape the Legacy Learning Program, partnering with business leaders to design, develop, and implement custom learning content for the company.

You will coach internal SMEs, create learning series, and collaborate with HR to meet business needs. You will manage eLearning content, track metrics, and drive ROI while supporting engagement initiatives and cross‑functional teams across regions.

Competenze

3+ years experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
Experience consulting with internal business partners to identify needs and develop innovative solutions.
Experience facilitating in large group settings.
Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Mansioni

Design custom in-house learning content utilizing adult learning theory principles.
Coach internal SMEs on adult learning theory and facilitate hands-on learning opportunities.
Develop and manage multiple in-house learning series with various delivery methods.
Provide coaching to managers in the Rocky Mountain region.
Create individualized learning solutions and internal/external resources.
