Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Technical Sales Specialists to lead a high-performing team supporting customers across Cell & Gene Therapy. This remote, customer-facing leadership role partners with Sales to help biopharma innovators overcome technical challenges and accelerate adoption of Sartorius' portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines a Master’s in Life Sciences or engineering with 5+ years in technical sales and team leadership, traveling >50% to engage

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales in a scientific environment.
• Experience leading high-performing technical sales teams with accountability and customer focus.
• Experience supporting Cell and Gene Therapy customers and translating industry trends into customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Specialists.
• Translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product Management and Business Units.
• Ensure CRM documentation and pipeline hygiene.
• Travel >50% for external customer engagements.
