Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a strategic Manager of Technical Sales Specialists to lead a remote, customer-facing team in the Cell & Gene Therapy market. You will guide technical engagement, accelerate opportunity progression, and partner with Sales to drive adoption of Sartorius solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales in life sciences, with a Master's degree and strong leadership, CRM discipline, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales in a scientific/technical environment.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Specialists across Cell & Gene Therapy workflows.
• Translate complex customer challenges into scalable technical solutions to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, and BU stakeholders on market trends and strategies.
• Ensure high-quality technical validation, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
