Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a strategic Manager of Technical Sales Specialists to lead a remote, customer-facing team across the Cell & Gene Therapy market. You will empower your team to deliver technical engagement, accelerate opportunity progression, and drive adoption of Sartorius' portfolio.

The role requires a Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field and 5+ years of technical sales or applications consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales experience in a scientific/technical environment.
• Experience leading and coaching high-performing technical sales teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Specialists across Cell & Gene Therapy workflows.
• Translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions to accelerate adoption.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product Management and Business Unit stakeholders to identify trends and drive technical strategy.
• Ensure high-quality CRM documentation and pipeline hygiene.
