Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead specialty client support, shape network contracting strategies, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic PBM environment.

The role focuses on delivering scalable, low-net-cost solutions for clients while aligning with regulatory requirements and Navitus business goals. You will mentor a team, manage vendor relationships, and push continuous improvement in network performance, pricing, and compliance,

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• 1+ year PBM or Managed Care experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy drugs including REMS and Limited Distribution Products.
• CMS/Medicare/state Medicaid regulations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty network concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and quarterly business reviews as the network expert.
• Advise on initiatives that support client goals and lowest-net-cost opportunities.
• Oversee client support processes and ensure timely, accurate responses across access, claims, pricing, and network configuration.
• Lead escalation resolution with internal teams on access, reimbursement, formulary, and contracts.
• Manage client initiatives from ideation to implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop and maintain scalable workflows, policies, and procedures for regulatory compliance and growth.
• Support management of specialty contracts to meet obligations and requirements.
• Evaluate reimbursement structures and network performance to propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand network partnerships.
