Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Mid-Revenue Cycle Leader to oversee facility coding denials and related operations in a full-time, 40-hour week. Lead daily operations, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and monitor KPIs.

Collaborate with clinical, IT and finance teams to optimize workflows and develop staff within a large integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Mid-Revenue Cycle Expertise: knowledge of facility coding, professional coding and HIM workflows.
• Financial & Data Analysis: ability to analyze data to detect patterns and drive improvements.
• Technology & Systems Proficiency: strong in EHRs and revenue cycle tech solutions.
• Process Improvement & Standardization: optimize workflows in a complex healthcare setting.
