Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve routine and complex client servicing issues.
• Coach and observe tellers to enhance client experience and branch operations.
• Schedule tellers and oversee branch operational standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals and transition to a Banker when appropriate.
