Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a leader to supervise a residential sales team, drive targets, and expand the customer base with top-tier connectivity solutions. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring readiness and accountability across the team.

Responsibilities include payroll/commission oversight, staying updated on Spectrum offerings, and collaborating with other departments to meet objectives. Field/office environment with travel to territories is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
• Ability to travel and drive in various conditions.
• Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs and implement development plans for the team.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
