Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing Residential Connectivity Sales team in Texas. You will guide daily operations, drive targets, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer outcomes across home connectivity solutions.

With 2+ years in outside sales, you’ll recruit, train, and coach team members, manage payroll/commissions, and stay current on Spectrum products and competitors. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales experience.
• Willingness to travel between territories.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff, ensuring ongoing development.
• Set clear expectations and coach for results.
• Oversee payroll approvals and commission payments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spectrum products and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Travel between territories to support field operations.
