Lumen is building the next generation Integrated Demand & GTM team to power marketing and revenue growth. This Sr. Lead role drives data and tooling capabilities, enabling next-best-action recommendations and AI-enabled GTM capabilities across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Operations.

The position requires strong data, analytics, and CRM system experience, with leadership and a proactive, collaborative mindset to deliver scalable GTM solutions that impact customer growth and revenue outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of technical product/program management or GTM experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex objectives into scalable data/ tooling solutions.
• Proactive, able to navigate ambiguity and drive to outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Gather requirements with the Integrated Demand and GTM team and design data/tooling to scale growth.
• Lead technical requirements for customer growth tooling, incl. next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system tying GTM to marketing funnel metrics.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems with automation.
• Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility for scalable solutions.
• Analyze current operations to identify blockers and drive improvements.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and product adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
• Support targeting, growth opportunities, and lifecycle analytics for Integrated Demand & GTM.
• Provide feedback on GTM tooling improvements and act as a sounding board.
• Translate GTM opportunities into scalable technical solutions.
