Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Lead Generation/BD Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth for utilities accounts in the West US remote region. You will independently prospect, qualify stakeholders, and build a pipeline of vetted opportunities to hand off to sales leaders.

This high-visibility role requires hitting quarterly targets, maintaining accurate CRM data, and partnering with Marketing to run effective campaigns. You will engage C-level executives and shape outbound messaging for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in prospecting or lead generation with a track record of hitting targets.
• At least 2 years in business development within Utilities, Oil & Gas, Renewable or Energy sectors.
• Proven success identifying and engaging C-level clients and scheduling qualified meetings.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and experienced with RFP/RFI responses.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial outreach and build relationships with key decision-makers in Utilities accounts.
• Maintain a disciplined cadence of contact to stay top of mind through the buying cycle.
• Own quarterly lead-generation and customer contact goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns.
• Research target organizations and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and refresh Go-To-Market materials for the sales team.
