Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. West, a remote role serving Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California and the broader West region.

The position is remote within the United States with travel required. You will own utility customer relationships, develop new accounts, lead bids, coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement, and drive bookings, margin protection, and long-term supply agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant technical sales experience
• At least five years in technical sales, business development, or account management
• Experience negotiating agreements and meeting sales objectives
• Understanding of utility procurement and transformer applications
• Strong pricing and margin judgment; proficient in Excel and sales tools

Responsibilities

• Develop annual territory plan with priority accounts and growth opportunities
• Build account plans for key utilities with relationship maps and demand
• Maintain relationships across procurement, standards, operations, and leadership
• Acquire new customers and pursue vendor status and long-term supply agreements
