ResultsCX is seeking an accomplished Vice President, Client Solutions - Utilities, remote in the US. You will cultivate executive-level relationships, drive pipeline and revenue growth, and lead strategic client initiatives across utilities accounts.

You will guide proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction while expanding footprint in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in client-facing, enterprise account management with direct C-level Utilities client contacts.
• Proven track record of coaching teams to exceed goals.
• Strong financial and strategic planning experience relating to large Utilities clients.
• Excellent relationship-building and strategic client development.
• Experience with customer experience call centers or BPO is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate value-based relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities and decisions that drive profitable new business.
• Create and manage a continuous pipeline across the portfolio targeting voice, non-voice, and digital growth.
• Develop and deliver proposals that demonstrate value and relevance to client needs.
• Manage strategic aspects of client relationships and communicate strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Lead strategic growth plans, revenue forecasts, and execution of initiatives to renewals, retention, and new business.
• Analyze market trends and competitive threats to extend service offerings and drive value.
