Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a experienced Cook 3 to lead the kitchen, ensuring top-quality preparation and presentation for members and guests. You will set up your station, oversee sanitation, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 while collaborating with the kitchen leadership to maintain exceptional culinary standards.

This senior role requires advanced skills and the ability to manage stress in busy service periods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent and required food handler certification.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily prep and set up workstation to Invited standards.
• Prepare and present daily specials, entrees, and desserts.
• Supervise Cook 1/2 and assist in menu planning and recipe development.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Coach and mentor junior cooks and oversee expediting during meals.
