Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Cook 3 to lead kitchen operations, oversee daily prep, and maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a station, mentor Cook 1 and Cook 2, and collaborate with the kitchen leadership to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.

You will supervise, set up for service, and assist in developing recipes while upholding Invited’s standards of excellence and guest satisfaction in a club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum four years kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certification as required by state.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead set-up and daily prep, ensuring workstation organization and cleanliness.
• Maintain high standards of cooking techniques and presentation for daily specials and menu items.
• Prepare and assist in complete meals including soups, entrees, desserts, and salads.
• Oversee expediting to ensure timely delivery of orders with quality and portion control.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing new products.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests.
