Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the LATAM-focused pre-sales team in Dallas. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and design solutions that validate Coralogix in customer environments.

You will deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across environments, earning credibility with engineers and executives while driving deals toward closure. Travel across LATAM is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Native level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demos, and POC processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong observability knowledge across logs, metrics, traces, APM.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems.
• Coding or scripting in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, pain points, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/CS and Support to represent field feedback.
