Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join the LATAM pre-sales team in Dallas, TX. You will own the technical strategy, run deep discovery, and design tailored demonstrations that connect our observability platform to real customer use cases.

This role requires hands-on deployment, troubleshooting, and working across logs, metrics, traces, and security use cases. You will engage with engineers and executives, lead POCs, and travel frequently across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Native level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and POCs.
• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
