Job summary

Coralogix seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for its LATAM-focused pre-sales team, based in New York with frequent travel across LATAM. You will own technical discovery, design solutions, and run evaluations with customers.

This role blends hands-on deployment, architecture discussions, and executive storytelling to translate technical value into business impact. You will partner with Account Executives, guide POCs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve win

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar.
Native level Spanish and fluent English required; Portuguese is a plus.
Experience leading technical evaluations, product demos, and POCs.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry sources, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations linking Coralogix to real use cases.
Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation and sign-off.
Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
Communicate architecture, differentiation, and value to engineers and executives.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support to improve win rates.
