Job summary

Coralogix, a full-stack observability platform, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer on the East Coast to support LATAM customers. This hands-on role travels across LATAM, partnering with Account Executives to run technical discovery and design evaluations.

During evaluations you’ll deploy, configure, integrate, and validate Coralogix in customer environments, bridging architecture, code, and business value to earn credibility with engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Architecture.
• Native level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese or additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and POCs.
• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration across complex environments.
• Strong observability knowledge across logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
• Ability to translate technical value into business impact for engineers and executives.
• Experience with cloud-native, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.
• Coding or scripting in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.
• Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how we win.
