Zusammenfassung

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer for our LATAM-focused pre-sales team. The role involves frequent travel across LATAM and base-work in Boston, MA, with ownership of technical discovery and solution design during customer evaluations.

You will lead demonstrations, guide deployments, and translate technical value into business outcomes for engineers and executives alike, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success to win deals.

Qualifikationen

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, SRE, etc.).
Native level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese a plus.
Experience leading technical evaluations, product demos, and POCs.

Aufgaben

Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry, pain points, business drivers, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored demos that map Coralogix to customer use cases.
Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
Collaborate across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, apps, and security use cases.
