Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join the East Coast pre-sales team, focused on LATAM customers with frequent travel. You will own the technical discovery, design solutions, and validate Coralogix in customer environments, collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Native level Spanish and fluent English are required; Portuguese or additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong understanding of observability—logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Credible speaking with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams; able to translate technical value into business impact.
• Experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.
• Coding/scripting in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
• Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment.
• Technical experiences include Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Docker, APM, telemetry pipelines, SIEM, Terraform/Helm/deployment automation, CI/CD, instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, pain points, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.
• Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value to technical and executive audiences.
• Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve win rates.
