Job summary

Coralogix seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our East Coast pre-sales team focused on LATAM customers, requiring frequent travel. In this role you will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

You will be the technical owner during evaluations, deploying, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting across logs, metrics, traces, and security use cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Native level Spanish and fluent English required; Portuguese or additional languages a plus.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demos, and POCs.
• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration skills.
• Strong observability knowledge across logs, metrics, traces, APM, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry sources, and business drivers.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations linked to real customer use cases.
• Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Explain architecture, differentiation, and value to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to capture field feedback.
