Ore Designs, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Sales Engineer to lead landmark landscape projects and drive specification-based sales from design through award.
You will collaborate with landscape architects, architects, and contractors to position our modular planting systems and site furnishings as the Basis of Design. This role emphasizes long-cycle, relationship-driven selling, technical credibility, and cross-functional coordination with design development, CAD, estimating, and project
Qualificações
- 5+ years in specification sales for landscape architecture or related sectors.
- Strong relationships with landscape architects, general contractors, and installers.
- Ability to read architectural plans and understand load/attachment concepts.
- Experience guiding projects through design to award in a long-cycle sales process.
Responsabilidades
- Influence architects to specify our systems in design documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical guidance and pricing.
- Track projects through design development to construction using CRM.
- Build relationships within architect–GC–subcontractor networks.
- Deliver Lunch & Learn presentations and drive revenue targets.
