Job summary

Ore Designs, Inc is seeking an Architectural Sales Engineer to lead long-cycle, specification-based sales of landscape architectural site furnishings and engineered planting systems. You will drive design-phase proposals, coordinate with architects, GC’s and subcontractors, and shepherd projects to final award.

You will consult on wind uplift, load performance, and integration with lighting, seating and guardrails, leveraging SolidWorks and CRM tools to manage opportunities and bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architectural product sales or related fields.
• Experience navigating the architectural sales evolution and achieving project awards.
• Experience across the full building lifecycle (design → bid → award).
• Ability to lead landmark projects and communicate with architectural and GC networks.
• Familiarity with IBC, wind load requirements, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• shepherd projects through the bidding cycles with General contractors and installing contractors.
• Influence architects and landscape architects to specify our systems in design documents.
• Consult with internal teams for guidance on structural attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Coordinate with design teams to integrate solutions into project drawings.
