Ore Designs, Inc is seeking a Landscape Architectural Sales Engineer to lead landmark projects and manage architectural networks across the US. This role emphasizes technical credibility, design-phase specifications, and long-term client relationships within landscape architecture and related construction disciplines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in specification sales within landscape architecture, commercial site furnishings, exterior architectural metals, building envelope systems, or engineered construction products.
• Established industry relationships with landscape architects, architectural firms, general contractors, and installers in the assigned territory.
• Experience navigating the architectural sales evolution and achieving project awards.
• Experience across design → bid → award lifecycle.
• Ability to lead landmark projects and maintain communications with architectural and GC networks.

Responsabilidades

• Influence architects to specify our systems in design documents.
• Consult with internal teams on structural attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Coordinate project drawings with internal design team.
• Partner with Estimating for take-offs and pricing reviews.
• Collaborate with Design Development to create project-specific system solutions.
• Analyze architectural/structural drawings to identify project needs.
• Communicate performance criteria and coordinate with internal experts as needed.
• Integrate lighting, audio, seating, and guardrails into modular systems.
• Manage long-lead projects and 12–24 month sales cycles.
• Track projects through design development to construction using CRM.
• Build relationships within the architect–GC–subcontractor triad.
• Deliver Lunch & Learn sessions on ORE products and systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
