You will influence architects, coordinate with in-house design and engineering teams, and shepherd landmark projects from concept through award. The role emphasizes relationship building, technical credibility, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across structural, waterproofing, and landscape

Qualificações

• 5+ years in architectural product sales or related construction products.
• Experience navigating long-cycle, design-to-award sales processes.
• Familiar with architectural and structural coordination and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive specification-based sales and shepherd projects through design development to award.
• Influence architects and landscape architects to specify our systems in drawings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design Development, Engineering, Estimating) on technical reviews.
• Manage long-lead projects and maintain CRM-based pipeline with NetSuite.
