Ore Designs, Inc is seeking an Architectural Sales Engineer to lead landmark projects and drive specification-based sales from design through award, across the US. This role emphasizes technical credibility and relationship-building with architects, GC networks, and internal teams.

The position focuses on integrating site furnishings and engineered rooftop planting systems into project drawings, ensuring our solutions remain the lead design basis throughout the bidding process and final award.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in architectural product sales or related construction products.
• Experience navigating architectural sales, getting products specified, and winning projects.
• Experience across design to bid to award lifecycle and coordinating with architects, GC networks.

Responsabilidades

• Influence architects to specify our systems in design documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical guidance on attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Develop project-specific system solutions with Design Development and Estimating.
• Manage long-lead projects and 12–24 month sales cycles.
• Track projects from design through construction using CRM NetSuite.
