Ore Designs, Inc is seeking an Architectural Sales Engineer to lead specification-based sales for landmark landscape projects across the US. You will drive design-phase to award activities, coordinating with landscape architects, engineers and contractors while maintaining technical credibility and long-term relationships.

This role emphasizes non-transactional, long-cycle sales, with a focus on getting systems specified as Basis of Design and supporting proposals through design development,

Qualificações

• Experience in specification-driven sales within landscape architecture or related engineered products.
• Deep connections with landscape architects, architectural firms, GC's and installers.
• Ability to navigate long-sales cycles from design phase to award.
• Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and coordinating with internal teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and design coordination tools.

Responsabilidades

• Influence architects to specify our systems in design documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical guidance on attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Develop project-specific system solutions with design development.
• Track long-lead projects through the sales cycle using CRM systems.
• Build relationships within architect–GC–subcontractor networks and deliver educational sessions.
