Job summary

Google's Infrastructure Construction and Asset Management (ICAM) division seeks a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead pre-construction on owned sites, finalize entitlements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure.

You will serve as primary site lead from post-acquisition through asset life, collaborating with local authorities, utility partners, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in land entitlements or infrastructure agreements.
• Experience leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure projects using internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlements, easement actions, permits, and related environmental studies.
• Lead pre-construction development on owned sites and manage asset lifecycle post‑acquisition.
• Drive on-schedule, on-budget delivery of data center development projects.
