Job summary

Google is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager within ICAM to lead pre-construction development on owned data center sites. You’ll own land-use entitlements, provider agreements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure to ensure on-time, on-budget capacity.

You will cultivate relationships with local jurisdictions, utility partners, and engineering teams to drive long-term operational success across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlements, easement actions, environmental mitigations, permitting and grid/traffic studies.
• Lead liaison with local and national utility providers for supply strategy.
• Manage development activities to meet infrastructure delivery schedules.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
