Job summary

Google is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead pre-construction development on owned sites, manage entitlements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure for data center projects. You will drive vendor and partner negotiations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget capacity delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
• Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing land development, site selection, and real estate transactions for large-scale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs.
• Support civil, utility, and building construction programs and coordinate zoning and permits.
• Lead liaison with utility providers to secure capacity for data center developments.
• Manage development activities to meet infrastructure delivery schedules.
