Job summary

Google's infrastructure team in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead pre-construction development on owned sites, take ownership of land-use entitlements, finalize provider agreements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure to ensure sites operate on schedule, within budget, and at full capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 6 years leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs, ensuring timely, cost-effective extensions with firm capacity and protective terms.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlements, easement actions, environmental mitigations, permitting, and grid/traffic impact studies to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead liaison with local/national utility providers for supply strategy and facilitate negotiations between internal teams and external partners to secure needed capacity.
• Manage all development activities to meet or exceed infrastructure delivery schedules.
