Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions, headquartered in the US, invites applications for a Senior Customer Manager. This role can be located in multiple sites or remotely, focusing on regional leadership and cross‑business brand owner relationships in personal care.

You will develop annual sales plans, explore opportunities, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, strong business acumen, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
