Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role can be located at multiple U.S.

sites, including relocation flexibility and potential domestic travel. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalent at or above U.S. E5 equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business constant relationships with key brand owner.
• Develop and deliver annual sales and marketing plans; uncover opportunities and build pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams and negotiate pricing; coordinate with TS&D and Marketing.
