Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional/global brand-owner relationships in personal care. You’ll manage diverse accounts, develop annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

Expect cross-functional leadership and strategic negotiations across multiple sites. You will drive growth, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while navigating diverse locations including Marietta, GA, and other US sites, with flexibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required or higher.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans with value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
