Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will build plans, coordinate with TS&D and Marketing, and drive a robust sales pipeline while leading cross-functional teams.

The role may include global negotiations, requires strong stakeholder management, and travel as needed. Located at multiple US sites or remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans for value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
