Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional/global brand-owner relationships in personal care, manage direct accounts, and develop annual sales plans. You will work with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The role covers multiple locations and may include global negotiations. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of experience, and proven ability to drive growth, price

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalent required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver improved CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long-term trade-offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
