Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant) required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience required.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and price changes with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functions to improve customer experience (CX).
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth through cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
