Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to manage regional and cross-business brand-owner relationships for a global consumer care portfolio. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, explore opportunities, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

The role is regional with potential global negotiations, requires leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff across multiple locations, including Marietta, GA or other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
