Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and key global brand owner relationships in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong opportunity pipeline.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and negotiating price changes. Some travel may be required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio — prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
